Radius, HACC Gallery and Museum Shop, will feature the work of Nancy Conlon during the month of December. The York Haven-based jewelry artist makes her own glass beads and enjoys weaving seed beads to create unique flower bracelets. Conlon will meet visitors and answer questions during an open house from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9.

"Her work sells well because it is colorful and functional, as well as reasonably priced," said Jessica Lantz, curator of arts and assistant manager. "She also creates interest in her jewelry by using Swarovski crystals."

Radius carries Conlon's work, including necklaces, bracelets and little glass kisses for sale.

Radius, HACC Gallery and Museum Shop, is located on the ground floor of the State Museum of Pennsylvania, Third and North streets. Radius is a partnership of Central Pennsylvania's Community College and the State of Pennsylvania/Pennsylvania Historical Museum Commission.
