HARRISBURG – Not having a high school diploma can be a setback in today’s competitive job market. HACC’s free General Education Development (GED) classes can overcome that obstacle and be a pathway to a successful, satisfying career.
“HACC can help you get started on your way to a brighter future by offering classes that develop both your academic and employability skills,” said Robin Paulison, instructional program coordinator for HACC’s Transitional Studies. “Start the process by applying before the Dec. 3 deadline.”
Students accepted for spring classes are required to attend orientation sessions.
To get started:
·         Apply by going to www.hacc.edu and search “GED” or pick up a form at the office of Transitional Studies, Whitaker Hall 132, on the Harrisburg Campus, One HACC Drive. Applications will be accepted from Nov. 23-Dec. 3.
·         Attend orientation sessions the week of Jan. 10.
·         GED classes start Tuesday, Jan. 25.
