Nov 5              Talkabouts – HACC-Lancaster Campus – If you have ever wondered what books entrepreneurs are reading, plan now to attend HACC’s Talkabouts in November. Co-hosts Carol Deckert, owner of RunLancaster, and Kathleen Snavely, a business counselor with HACC’s Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies, will lead a discussion on “The Top 10 Business Books for Entrepreneurs of 2010.”
                        Held noon-1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 5, in the East Building, room 202, on HACC’s Lancaster Campus, 1641 Old Philadelphia Pike. Nov 12               Talkabouts – HACC-Harrisburg Campus at Midtown– Hear real customer service experiences and how they were handled during HACC’s November Talkabouts, “Customer Service Makes a Difference.” Judy Novinger, owner of Baby Bug & Me in the West Shore Farmers Market, will share what she has learned about customer service during her many years of running a business.

Sarah Lanphier, owner of Nuts About Granola and Little s Marketing and Consulting, York, will walk participants through a three-step process to make the most of their business’ message and image in the marketplace.
