The fabulous return of the Four Bitchin' Babes in "Diva Nation" at Live at Rose Lehrman in sold out performance

Diva Nation 2
March 9, 2011
HARRISBURG — \“The Four Bitchin’ Babes” is a comical musical journey navigating life in the nation – Diva Nation, that is.
The sold-out concert takes place at 8 p.m. Saturday, March 26, in the Rose Lehrman Arts Center on the Harrisburg Campus of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College.
A free pre-show party begins at 6:30 p.m.
With their whimsical, hip and sophisticated girl-group harmonies, these multi-talented musicians let loose on the definition of “diva.” You can find her everywhere; in your office, your mall, your grocery store, she’s cleaning up messes, and putting out fires, and possibly looking at you in the mirror.
Diva Nation promises to be a night of comedy as the singer/songwriters address the lives of American women in song. The group is comprised of the talents of Sally Fingerett, Debi Smith, Nancy Moran and Deirdre Flint, all who have traveled together and have evolved as wives, mothers and women.
With sorority sister-like chemistry, The Four Bitchin’ Babes perform original songs and stories offering both poignant views and unbridled comedic commentary on the “inner majesty” of us all. With their harmony, they share women’s love for chocolate, the beauty of elastic waistbands, and the rewarding passion for shoe shopping.
Pre-show events include a free Girl’s Nite Out party at 6:30 p.m. featuring wine, assorted sweets from Sophia’s on Market, chair massages provided by the HACC Massage Therapy program, and a shopping opportunity featuring accessories and gift items from Leaf of Eve and jewelry and accessories from Morrow Farrar Jewelers.
Show sponsors are Sophia’s on Market, Leaf of Eve and Morrow Farrar Jewelers. Show media sponsors are WHTM-TV abc27, Pennlive.com, and The Patriot News.
