'101 Years of Broadway' at HACC's Live at Rose Lehrman

HARRISBURG, Pa. – Broadway shines at Live at Rose Lehrman! Neil Berg’s “101 Years of Broadway,” featuring an all-star Broadway cast, comes to Live at Rose Lehrman on Friday, Jan. 31, 2014, at 8 p.m. in the Rose Lehrman Arts Center on the Harrisburg Campus of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College.

Last year’s patrons raved about Neil Berg’s “100 Years of Broadway,” making it one of the most popular shows at Live at Rose Lehrman. This year, the show is back featuring even more Broadway favorites, brilliantly arranged by Neil Berg.

Neil Berg’s “101 Years of Broadway” features the dazzling cast of:




Neil Berg (piano), creator of 101 Years of Broadway and composer and lyricist of the Off-Broadway musical “The Prince and the Pauper.” Berg’s latest musical, “The Man Who Would Be King,” will have its work premier in Texas in 2014.









Carter Calvert: Best known for originating her role in the Tony nominated, “It Ain't Nothin’ But the Blues,” as well as the role of Grizabella in the Broadway national tour of “Cats.”









Robert DuSold: Played Javert and Valjean in “Les Miserables” and Monsieur Andre in “Phantom of the Opera” on Broadway and in national tours.





Rita Harvey: Performed on Broadway in the role of Hodel in the latest revival of “Fiddler on the Roof.”







Andrea Rivette: Played Emma Carew on Broadway with David Hasselhoff in “Jekyll and Hyde.”









Danny Zolli: Best known for his monumental number of performances starring as Jesus and Judas in more than 23 productions (including Broadway and six National/International Tours) of “Jesus Christ Superstar” worldwide.






A bonus is an added pre-show lecture. Audience members are welcome to attend a free pre-show lecture at 7 p.m. featuring Neil Berg, the creator of “101 Years of Broadway,” and one guest performer.
