The bachelor’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Management at EMU at Lancaster offers convenience, flexibility and affordability while providing students with expertise in leadership formation, human dynamics and organizational behavior for business and public administration.

“Mutually beneficial partnerships between associate and bachelor degree granting institutions are the future of higher education. This transfer agreement makes it possible for an individual to complete a skills-based program of study, enter a highly desirable position in the local workforce and have the opportunity to receive full credit for their prior learning and apply it toward a bachelor's degree.
