Frank A. Conte of Mechanicsburg has a lifetime of financial experience, including estate planning and wealth counseling; designations to sell individual securities, financial products and insurances; and certifications in long-term care, senior planning and more.
He founded The Conte Browne Group and Conte Browne Realty in 2004. Conte also was a founder of Conte-Bair Insurance and Financial Services, which he sold last year. He was employed at Prudential Financial for more than 30 years where he was in a select group of agents known as "Top Gun Speaker/Representatives" and maintained "Top 10 in Sales" for five years in a row.
As a lifetime resident of Central Pennsylvania, Conte has served many organizations and received numerous awards since his 1971 graduation from HACC. Most recently he was the recipient of the HACC Alumni Association's 2007 Circle of Distinction Award.
Conte holds several memberships, including the Estate Planning Council; Society of Financial Service Professionals, where he was also a past president, and Hospice of Central Pennsylvania board. He also has been an active member and past lieutenant with the Hampden Township Fire Co. His numerous awards for service include the 2000 Heroism Award from Hampden Township. Conte also was recognized in Harrisburg Magazine's 2005 Simply the Best "Runner-Up" award in Estate Planning.
He is an active board member of Centric Bank. Since 1982 he has served as an active/past board member of the Central Pennsylvania Estate Planning Council and as an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Service Advisors. He also has served on the Harrisburg Association of Insurance and Financial Service Advisors board since 1973.
Thomas B. Richey of Mechanicsburg has served Cedar Shopping Centers Inc. as vice president, development and construction since 1998. He is directly responsible for all construction activity throughout the Cedar portfolio of 11 million square feet of retail space, and has been instrumental in the "road show" presentations to the investment community that raised nearly $800 million of capital in three years.
Previously, Richey was involved with the commercial real estate business for more than 25 years. He was a city planner and economic development director for the City of Williamsport, a project manager for a large commercial and industrial general contracting company and as the director of acquisitions and construction for a major hotel company.
He also was a principal in two separate real estate companies specializing in the acquisition, development and/or redevelopment, and operations of hotels and commercial office buildings.
He spent a number of years working for a Harrisburg area survey and engineering company in the Land Development Plan approval process. He served as an economic development consultant to the National Main Street Center, part of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and is a past YMCA board member.
A Westfield, N.J., native, Richey received a bachelor's degree from Lycoming College.
Nailah I. Rogers of midtown Harrisburg is an associate in the business and real estate departments of the Harrisburg office of Saul Ewing LLP. She concentrates her practice in general commercial and transactional matters, drafting agreements for various industries, including corporate, health insurance, real estate, construction and government contracting.
She also counsels individual and corporate accounts with mergers and acquisitions contracts and corporate governance matters and assists real estate owners and investors in the purchase and sale of commercial and industrial properties. Rogers also works on regulatory matters, preparing for and assisting in litigations case before Pennsylvania state agencies.
While pursuing J.D. and M.B.A. degrees simultaneously, Rogers worked as a summer clerk in a Philadelphia law firm. She conducted extensive legal research, wrote memoranda, drafted and critiqued trial briefs and pleadings and drafted transactional documents for complex real estate matters.
She also worked as a research assistant for a law professor and spent her undergraduate summers as a paralegal for Jenkins, Wolf, Rubinate, Hasson & Styliades, the in-house counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Philadelphia.
A Philadelphia native, she is a graduate of the Penn State Dickinson School of Law and holds an M.B.A. from Penn State University. While At Dickinson, she was president of the Black Law Student Association and received a dean's scholarship and the 2004 Comparative Law Award. She holds a bachelor's degree in business from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
Rogers is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is member of the American, Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations. She is also member of the Dickinson School of Law Alumni Advisory Relations Board and is a board member of Rejoice! Inc.
