For adults who want to breakout from their everyday routine, a unique one-day learning opportunity will be offered this spring at the Lancaster Campus of HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.

An Adult Living and Learning Seminar will be held on the Lancaster Campus of HACC Monday, March 5, 8 to 11:45 a.m. Cost is $30 for the day that begins with a continental breakfast at 8 a.m. and includes two 1-1/2 hour sessions of general interest.

Registrants should pick a class for each session, including a second choice. Registration deadline is March 1.

Session 1 from 8:30 to 10 a.m. includes three sessions from which to choose, including Survival Tips for Caregivers, Exercise: The Good and the Bad, and Culinary Delights: Soup and Salad.

Session 2 from 10:15 to 11:45 a.m. includes Reverse Mortgages: To Do or Not to Do?, Tech Toys, and Gourmet on the Go.
