The evening program will open with "Tito on Timbales," with choreography by William Whitener and music by Tito Puente. Following the first piece is a selection of dances in the company's repertoire, a sort of "best of" Ballet Hispanico, and then close with the hot and steamy "Club Havana," choreographed by Pedro Ruiz. "Club Havana" will transport patrons to the smoke-filled night clubs of Havana and New York City in the 1940's and 1950's, where the mambo, cha-cha and rumba ruled the dance floor.
