Prometric, Pearson VUE, Certiport added to lineup of certified exams offered

LANCASTER – Prometric, Pearson VUE and Certiport computer-based testing providers for certification and licensure have been added to the lineup of certification exams offered in the Computer/IT Testing Center at the Lancaster Campus of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College.
HACC’s testing center in Lancaster County is the registered site for required certification exams in an array of computer and information technology programs, including Microsoft IT Academy, CompTIA E2C (Education to Career) and Autodesk ATC (Authorized Training Center).
“In addition to serving our students, HACC is the premier testing site for anyone who wants certification in these programs,” said Shirley Watts, coordinator of computer training at the Lancaster Campus.
HACC’s Workforce and Economic Development Division also offers an array of basic, intermediate and advanced computer, graphic design and information technology programs at the Lancaster Campus, including Microsoft Certified Application Specialist, Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA Certified Technician, Cicso Certified Network Associate, as well as Oracle Workshop and SQL Workshop. Students will find flexible class schedules offered at an affordable cost.
As both an Authorized Training Center for Autodesk and a Microsoft Academy, HACC provides convenient, customized professional information technology training solutions for Lancaster County business and industry, through either mobile labs that can be set up on-site or at the state-of-the-art labs on HACC’s Lancaster Campus.
