HARRISBURG, Pa. – HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, and the Harrisburg Area Community College Education Association (HACCEA) - the union that represents the faculty - have reached a memorandum of agreement. The College and HACCEA thank all parties involved and look forward to continued negotiations to better serve our students and communities.
