About HACC

Strategic Commitment 3: Sustain the College’s Resources

We are committed to the long-term sustainability of the College through effective planning, efficient shared governance processes, rigorous resource management and sound accountability measures.

“HACC commits to remaining a learning environment that respects and appreciates the differences inherent within the communities that we serve. We recognize that our strength lies in the partnerships between our vibrant campuses, diverse learners, and truly inclusive College that will sustain our ever-changing communities for generations to come.”
- Warren Anderson, Ed.D., Vice President for Inclusion and Diversity and Chief Diversity Officer

“Philanthropy is essential to sustaining HACC for years to come. Our donors are incredibly generous. Their investments in current and future learners will allow us to improve our academic programs, purchase modern technology, update antiquated facilities and be innovative. Central Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania, our country and the world deserve this commitment.”
- Linnie Carter, Ph.D., APR, Vice President of College Advancement, HACC and Executive Director, HACC Foundation

“The responsibility for making logical and thoughtful financial decisions is the responsibility of all HACC’s employees. Each of us plays an essential, individual role in guarding the financial integrity of the College operations. The real benefactors of our efforts are HACC’s students. They count on us to manage our operations so we can deliver an exceptional education at a reasonable price.”
- Tim Sandoe, Vice President of Finance
