The Registrar's office will close at noon on March 20, 2025 to accommodate a scheduled training.  REMOTE services will be available on March 21 beginning at 9 a.m.

We encourage you to complete any time-sensitive tasks before the early closure. If you have any questions or require further assistance, don't hesitate to email  record@hacc.edu.

The Registrar is located at HACC's Harrisburg campus. Students can visit the office in the Ted Lick Administration Building -- next to Mumma Hall.

Registrar's services include:

  • Processing HACC transcripts
  • Articulating transfer credits
  • Maintaining students' academic history and grades
  • Processing graduation applications
  • Certifying graduates
  • Reporting enrollment and degree information. The office sends reports to the National Student Clearinghouse

    • Current students are reminded that HACC will not send account information such as financial aid, academic information, etc. to personal email accounts. Therefore, any emails that students send to HACC should originate from their HAWKMail account.
